Monarchs Cup

Last friday was the opening of the 5th college cup season. It was called Monarchs Cup because of the Moniker launching held last month. Even though I am still injured, I wouldn't miss the parade. I was beside our muse while parading/limping. It was fun as always. The difference between this college cup opening and all the others was the music. Jinky Vidal sang for us and Shao and the rest of the band played for us also. Jinky Vidal's performance was a dissapointment, she sang for about a minute only I think, the crowd and Jen Fidel took up most of the time before the song was cut short due to some technical difficulties. The band kicked-ass as usual. Shao and Migz on guitar, Mo on Bass guitar, Mario on drums (finally) and surprisingly Miko Gonzales (high school friend) on vocals. They played Voodoo Hoodoo by Razorback. Miko was great, I would have never expected that from him.

As usual, I lost my voice and would probably return after the college cup season. We were finally the 1st game (against faculty), where everyone would be watching our team play... I wouldn;t be able to play because of my stupid injury. I hate it. We lost that game. We won against black but lost to pink. Damn, we are 1 and 1. Our next game is on monday against seed. I dont think I'll be able o play next sem either. This injury sucks. I need to heal quickly. I hope I can heal quickly anyway...
